I spent most of today getting Kermit (my bike) ready to travel. Undressed, Kermit weighed in at 11 kg (about 22 lbs). All dressed as shown in the picture, Kermit swelled to 22 kg (about 48 lbs). There is still some tweaking I’ll do before the start of the race...
