RUKS Museum – Enriching the Mind and Soul

This is a beautiful country with breathtaking architecture, a rich historical past and a commitment to preserving their past for generations to come. What we view as historical and culturally important is modern day by comparison. For example, the house I’m staying in as I write is on a canal in the heart of the Red Light district and built about 100 years before the the founding of my home in Halifax, Nova Scotia. My host and good friend Wietse suggested we spend time at the RUKS Museum which houses paintings and artifacts from many of the worlds best artists.
